Terms and conditions

  • Certificates may be redeemed for cruise and vacation packages using the extensive network of American Express endorsed suppliers.
  • Certificates may not be used for car only reservations.
  • Certificates may be used for hotel only reservations if prepayment is allowed by vendor.
  • Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or Travelers Cheques.
  • Service fees will apply for bookings made.
  • Certificates are redeemable only for bookings made through an Employee Vacation Programs Travel Advisor and not online.
  • Recipient may apply the Gift of Travel toward the purchase of eligible travel and pay the difference on a personal credit card when the total exceeds the value of the certificate.
  • Employee Vacation Programs is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.
  • Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Processing time for orders is 3 to 5 business days.
  • Rush service requires pre-approval and is additional $15 per certificate.
  • Additional processing fees apply for orders over $100,000.00
  • Recipient contact information must be provided for all certificate requests.
